The True Fitness CS800 treadmill has a maximum speed of 15 miles/hour which equates to about a 4 minute pace per mile, a speed fast enough for most runners. The larger surface area accommodates the longer strides you take while running versus walking. Despite its brawny construction, the smooth, sweeping hydroformed steel pedestals, brushed aluminum powder coat finish and matched aluminum straddle covers provide a sleek, contoured presentation that is a dramatic accent to any fitness environment.
