Transit Times from NY:

Curbside delivery means the freight driver will bring your equipment to the back of the truck and lower it to the ground using a lift gate. Equipment arrives on pallet(s).

You are responsible for:

  • Moving pallets from curb into your building
  • Unwrapping equipment
  • Assembly (unless white glove service purchased)

What you'll need: Pallet jack (rent from Home Depot for $30/day) or 2-3 people to help move equipment.

2-Year Extended Warranty (Premium): Our maximum protection plan for maximum peace of mind. Includes priority response, expedited repairs, on-site service availability, and 24/7 technical support hotline access.

What's NOT covered by warranty?

Warranty excludes:

How do I file a warranty claim?

Warranty claim process:

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of commercial gym equipment and custom remanufacturing, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Before Delivery: Orders can be cancelled with a restocking fee (typically 15-25% of order value).

After Delivery - Damage Claims: Equipment that arrives damaged or defective can be returned within 5 business days of delivery. Freight damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery.

After Delivery - Specification Mismatch: If equipment doesn't match agreed specifications (color, model, condition), returns accepted within 10 business days with return shipping costs shared.

After Delivery - Condition Issues: If equipment condition is significantly lower than specified grade, we will work with you to resolve (repair, replacement, or refund).

CRITICAL: Always inspect equipment upon delivery and sign the Bill of Lading noting any visible damage. Damage not noted at delivery cannot be claimed later.

What does "condition grade" mean?

360 Fitness Solutions offers equipment in three distinct condition grades:

Used (As-Is): Equipment in working condition as received from source. May show cosmetic wear, some paint chips, or minor scuffs. Fully functional but appears used. Not inspected or serviced - sold as-is.

Serviced: Equipment professionally inspected, cleaned, tested, and serviced. All major components verified for operation. Cosmetic appearance improved but may still show some age/wear. Reliable working condition with warranty protection.

Remanufactured: Complete rebuild from ground up. Frame sanded and repainted, new wear components installed (belts, cables, grips), electronics updated, all systems tested. Appears and performs like new. Maximum quality and longest warranty option.

Price reflects condition: Used (As-Is) offers maximum savings, Remanufactured offers maximum quality. Serviced offers middle ground.
