Not gonna lie, I was skeptical. But after seeing what we got for the price? I'm a believer. The Cybex machines we ordered look like they just came off the showroom floor. Really happy overall! Equipment works perfectly and pricing saved us a ton on our CrossFit box buildout. There's some minor scuffing on a couple pieces but honestly you barely notice and it doesn't affect performance at all. Members don't even mention it. For the price difference vs. new? Machines are in good shape and run well. A few small cosmetic marks here and there but nothing major. For the price difference compared to new, I'm happy with the trade-off. Equipment is sturdy and does what it's supposed to. Support team answered my questions quickly when I had concerns during delivery.
