The Powerlift Leg Press is the most durable single-leg press in the market. If you barbell squat on a regular basis, then this needs to be included in your accessory routine. It works out the imbalances that we develop from doing two-leg movements alone. When you lower the weight with both legs working independently, it makes your muscles work hard even on the eccentric phase (lowering the weight). Because of this, this movement feels a lot like a squat on the legs. The adductors and glutes have to stay engaged to make sure that the left or right side doesn’t fall more quickly than the other side. This machine should be the powerlifters best friend.


  • 1/4″ A36 Plate formed into channels which supports each carriage. Other materials used are; 3 1/2″ x 2 1/2″-3/16″ wall tubing, 3″ x 2″ x 11 ga. A500 tubing, 2″ x 2″ x 11 ga. A500 tubing.
  • 4 Load bearing wheels per carriage.
  • Leg Press angle is 40 degrees – foot plates angle back 10 degrees from perpendicular surface of carriage.
  • Back pad is adjustable to 2 different angles 35 and 45 degrees from horizontal.
